We believe in Corporate Social Caring (CSC), a new way of looking at corporate social initiatives that reflects the genuine desire of brands to make a difference for the causes they adopt aligned to its brand values.
Our belief in the power of communication to change attitudes and behaviour has lead IOM to host a series of in-house “Work for A Brighter Future” – a day of sharing what we do with secondary school students to open their minds to career and job opportunities. Our hope is they see the relevance of their school work sufficiently to be inspired and motivated to perform academically.
From engaging with students to connecting with like-minded individuals to reducing our own carbon footprint to encouraging our suppliers to take responsibility for the environmental impact of their operations; we’re doing these things not because we have to but because we genuinely care.
