Our regional network spans The Bahamas in the north to Suriname on the South American mainland and Belize in the west to Barbados in the east giving us access and on-ground support to the major Caribbean markets. Our affiliation to Ogilvy and Mather and Mindshare expands our capability beyond the Caribbean to virtually any global market.

Our belief in the power of communication to change attitudes and behaviour has lead IOM to host a series of in-house “Work for A Brighter Future” – a day of sharing what we do with secondary school students to open their minds to career and job opportunities. Our hope is they see the relevance of their school work sufficiently to be inspired and motivated to perform academically.

From engaging with students to connecting with like-minded individuals to reducing our own carbon footprint to encouraging our suppliers to take responsibility for the environmental impact of their operations; we’re doing these things not because we have to but because we genuinely care.

Anthony Inglefield

Managing Director

Tony kicked off his career in advertising in 2003 and has been busy ever since. At the helm of IOM, Tony doubled revenues in 4 years, enhanced the Ogilvy network and set up a regional network of associates.


He is also on the board and treasurer of the AAATT, and The Shelter for Battered Women and Children. In a past life, Tony lead several major innovations in the insurance industry and joined IOM following a long stint in that industry.

David Inglefield


Over the course of his 35-year career, he’s been described as the creator and godfather of local banking, the leading mind in the Caribbean on strategic brand development and the champion of industry innovation and inspiration.


DGI, as he’s affectionately called by his IOM family, started his career in 1969 at Trinity Advertising, a small, family-owned agency started by his mother Katherine ‘Kitty’ Inglefield and Pat Kennedy. He moved up through the ranks and then through the industry to eventually open Inglefield/Ogilvy & Mather Caribbean Ltd. in 1993.


Under his leadership, the agency transformed the local advertising and marketing landscape and he was an integral figure in driving a number of local and international brands into the market leader positions they still maintain today.
